I just surfed and stayed positive and got noticed. Explaining how to nose ride is tough but ill try to explain it the best I can. I ride along the face of the wave at an angle so that the rail of my board is locked into the side of the wave. If I need to I move to the tail of the board and stall and then cross step to the front start with one foot first and then the other. Try watching long board videos it should help you a lot too.
